
UPDATE National minimum wage changes (1st April 2024)
(30/11/23) In the 2024/2025 tax year, the government announced during the Autumn Statement it’s removing the 21-22 age bracket so employees aged 21 and over, must receive the National Living Wage. The rate increases from £10.42 to £11.44 per hour.
National minimum wage changes (1st April 2024)
The rates which will apply from 1 April 2024 are as follows:
🟩 National Living Wage (21 and over) = £11.44
🟩 18-20 Year Old Rate = £8.60
🟩 16-17 Year Old Rate = £6.40
🟩 Apprentice Rate = £6.40
