Who are Handle Freelance Solutions?
We are a managed payroll provider that has been tasked with ensuring that you are paid correctly and on-time.
How do I contact support?
If you are looking for support with your timesheets or onboarding please raise a support ticket in the handle app or contact the support team on info@handlefreelance.co.uk.
How do I download the App?
The Handle Freelance App is available on the App Store and Google Play. Just search for “Handle Freelance”.
When is the deadline to submit my timesheet?
The deadline for weekly timesheets is 09:00 (GMT) Monday, following the week worked.
When is the deadline for my timesheet to be approved?
The weekly approval deadline is 18:00 (GMT) Monday. If you are paid monthly please contact support.
What happens if I miss the timesheet deadline?
Your timesheet will be added to the following week’s payroll.
What address do I need to use for my invoices?
Invoices must be addressed to Handle Freelance Solutions, UK House, 180 Oxford Street, W1D 1NN.
When will I be paid?
How often are you paid?
- If weekly – payment will be cleared the Friday following approval of your timesheet.
- If monthly – payment will be cleared the last working Friday of the month following approval of your timesheet.
In what format are payslips provided?
Payslips are available to view online on InTime.
How will I receive my pay?
By BACS transfer directly into your bank account.
